Domaća dostava (Srbija)
Kišna glista sve porudžbine unutar Srbije šalje isključivo preko Post Express-a, prema njihovom važećem cenovniku. Kišna glista ne može uticati na troškove dostave koje određuje Post Express.

Napominjemo da Kišna glista nije odgovorna za kašnjenja, oštećenja ili izgubljene pošiljke prouzrokovane kurirskom službom. Kada vaša porudžbina bude poslata i predana Post Express-u, odgovornost za pravovremenu i sigurnu dostavu preuzima kurirska služba.


Međunarodna dostava
Za porudžbine van Srbije, paketi se šalju preko PostExport-a (Pošta Srbije). Vreme isporuke i troškovi mogu se razlikovati u zavisnosti od zemlje odredišta i propisa lokalne poštanske službe. Sve dodatne carinske dažbine, porezi ili uvozne takse snosi isključivo kupac.


Vreme obrade porudžbine
Sve porudžbine se obrađuju u roku od 2–27 radnih dana nakon potvrde uplate, osim ako nije drugačije navedeno (na primer, proizvodi po meri). Kada vaša porudžbina bude poslata, dobićete broj za praćenje pošiljke putem e-maila, koji će vam omogućiti da pratite pošiljku online.


Neispravna ili nepotpuna adresa
Molimo vas da navedete tačnu i kompletnu adresu za dostavu. Kišna glista ne može biti odgovorna za pošiljke koje nisu isporučene zbog netačnih ili nepotpunih podataka koje je kupac dostavio. Svi troškovi ponovne dostave u takvim slučajevima snosi kupac.


Viša sila i neočekivana kašnjenja
Kišna glista ne može biti odgovorna za kašnjenja u dostavi izazvana događajima više sile (kao što su štrajkovi, prirodne nepogode, pandemije ili druge vanredne okolnosti koje nisu pod našom kontrolom).

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Serbia)
Kišna glista ships all orders within Serbia exclusively via Post Express, according to their official and current price list. Kišna glista cannot influence the delivery costs determined by Post Express.

Please note that Kišna glista is not responsible for any delivery delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the courier service. Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to Post Express, the responsibility for the timely and safe delivery of your order lies with the courier.

International Shipping
For orders outside of Serbia, packages are shipped via PostExport (Serbian National Post). Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination country and local postal service regulations. Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–27 working days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated (for example, custom-made products). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email that will allow you to follow your shipment online.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure you provide a correct and complete delivery address. Kišna glista cannot be held liable for packages not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Any re-shipping costs in such cases will be borne by the customer.

Force Majeure and Unexpected Delays
Kišna glista cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure events (such as strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond our control).
